Dr. Hardas Heart Care

It's regarding the clinic space. It took 3+ hrs for me other day for my turn to come to see the doctor. I must say the seating arrangement, ambience, facilities at clinic is not comfortable. It can be improved, I have been visiting the doctor for last 4-5 years now but the clinic hasn't changed. No doubt Dr. Hardas is one of the best doctors in Pune.

I am writing to express our deep disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of your front office staff during our visit nearly a couple of months ago. We had traveled all the way from the northern part of India specifically to consult with Dr. Hardas, after receiving a confirmed appointment for a Saturday. Upon arrival, we were made to wait for over two hours and then instructed to undergo an ECG and other tests. Only after completing these procedures were we informed that Dr. Hardas does not see patients on Saturdays. This was not only frustrating but also caused undue stress and wasted our valuable time. We had clearly stated from the outset that our appointment was to meet with Dr. Hardas. It is extremely troubling that instead of being transparent, your staff chose to provide false information and mislead us. Such behavior is completely unacceptable. Patients place their trust in your clinic, and they deserve honesty, respect, and clear communication at every step--especially when they've traveled long distances for a specific consultation. To prevent such incidents in the future, we strongly recommend implementing a reliable online appointment system that transparently displays the availability of senior doctors like Dr. Hardas. In addition, your staff must be trained and held accountable to provide accurate information and avoid misleading patients under any circumstances. We want to emphasize that our concerns are solely directed at the administrative and front office handling. Dr. Hardas continues to have our highest respect and admiration. It's because of exceptional doctors like him that patients feel they are in safe and capable hands. We sincerely hope that necessary steps will be taken to improve internal coordination and patient communication.

Doctor Hardas is a fantastic doctor and has taken good care of my father during the Angioplasty but his office staff is not at all courteous and talks very rudely. Gentleman named Digamber who sits at reception thinks he is running the entire show and needs to work on the soft skills. Very rude and non cooperative behaviour.

Dr Suhas Hardas is an excellent doctor who treats every patient like family. He is very patient and considerate with all queries one has and is very reassuring to patients who are at times anxious and worried. We consulted Dr Hardas for my mother who had to undergo Angioplasty by Dr Hardas. Dr Hardas and his team were there for us every step of the way and helped reassure us and my mother during the whole process. Most of all Dr Hardas is a wonderful human being not to mention Dr Nilesh Sawant who together along with his team were always helpful and endearing during the times when one can feel very vulnerable and worried.
