Dr. Galaxy Multispecialty Hospital

I visited this hospital for a basic dressing and a tetanus injection after getting a small cut on my finger. I had clearly informed the receptionist that I would come only if a doctor was available, as I needed both the dressing and the injection within a limited time due to my work-from-home commitments. She assured me the doctor would be there. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the doctor did not attend. Instead, a mavshi was asked to do the dressing. While both the receptionist and the mavshi were polite, the mavshi clearly lacked proper training in dressing wounds. She didn't know how to handle the finger correctly, causing unnecessary pain during the process. To make matters worse, I was told after the dressing that I'd have to return again for the injection--completely defeating the purpose of my visit. I had to go to another clinic to get the tetanus shot, wasting both my time and money. Charging 100 just for a basic dressing without proper medical supervision or a trained nurse is unacceptable. I strongly urge the hospital management to ensure that basic nursing staff are available at all times and that anyone handling patients is properly trained. This experience was disappointing and not up to the standard any patient should expect.

I was looking for good doctor near me for very long time and visited galaxy hospital narhe... It is good hospital and doctor is good. Services is good a hospital and all services like xray and operation theatre is available at one place so good for patients... Waiting time is also less so felt comfortable.. Good sevice overall and best hospital

The doctors and staff are cooperative, but there's an issue at the reception. The board lists the consultation fee as 200, yet the receptionist insisted I pay 300. When I asked why, she gave a vague and unsatisfactory explanation. My friend advised me to let it go, so I paid. It feels like they're trying to overcharge me.
