I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ritu Bhatia. She is not only highly knowledgeable and experienced, but also incredibly compassionate and approachable. From the moment I walked into her clinic, I felt genuinely cared for and heard. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, which made me feel confident and reassured throughout the consultation. I truly appreciate her professionalism and the personal attention she gives to each patient. Highly recommended!

I had the WORST EXPERIENCE of my lifetime here today. It hurts when you go with a lot of faith to a doctor and in-turn, you get nothing but pain and walk out sadly without anything but bad memories for a lifetime. Thanks for a worst experience at BP reading this morning!!

Dear Dr. Rituu Ma'am, Congratulations on your new hospital. As always, it was a commendable experience -- the staff were courteous, the information provided was clear and thorough, and the overall treatment process was excellent. The rest of the services were also up to the mark. One suggestion on the alignment and segregation of duties, which may currently be experiencing some initial challenges due to the recent transition to the new facility and additional staff. P.S. I would kindly advise against using the lift at this time. Unfortunately, my family and I were stuck inside for 15 minutes, and there was no security personnel available in the building to assist us during the incident.

I visited Dr. Ritu Bhatia for heart-related concerns and had a very unpleasant experience. The clinic is poorly managed, and the staff are highly unorganized and irresponsible. Despite charging a substantial amount for a simple blood test, the doctor and her team claimed they were "not responsible" for following up on the reports, saying they were merely doing patients a "favor." This is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where follow-ups and proper communication are essential. I do not recommend this clinic if you're expecting professionalism, accountability, or proper patient care.

I am vijay Kakade .I have heart attack on 11nov 2014 I have sever pain in chest. I was admitted in Nobel hospital hadapsar Dr.Rittu Bhatiya madam has done Angioraphy and they have found one block 90% she have give decission to do angioplasty They have give me encourage and tell me don't worry eveything will be all right. She give me new life. She is very good surgen and Polite . Every year I am coming to her clnic for yearly follow up. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me. I truly appreciate your expeertise and compassion. She take care of evey patient.

I had my plasty done in 2013. Dr Ritu Bhatia is an expert and treats the patients with atmost care. Recommended
