Dr. Ibrahim Patel is an excellent and knowledgeable doctor who provides quality care. However, the overall experience is affected by the inefficiency of the support staff. Despite having a prior appointment, I consistently had to wait 2-4 hours during each visit. It would be greatly appreciated if the clinic could improve time management and be more considerate of patients' time. Also sometimes patients comes with references gets priority before you.

It's very was heard time that what to do or not to do,..but we got Dr.ibrahim Patel address for my husband bypass heart surgery, Alhamdulillah everything gone smoothly and surgery successfull ,by grace of Allah , thanks to Dr.ibrahium,..he is very polite and responsible,.and very humble and cooperative Dr. We will suggest to go to him.

I have never seen a Dr . So humble then sir Ibrahim patel he handled my dad's critical bypass operation so smoothly that we can't thank him much then what he deserves, one of the most popular surgeon not only in Pune but in India today with the higher success rate . My mom is presently being treated by him, apart from the location of the clinic and the waiting period, i am very happy with his treatment, he will give you ample amount of time to talk to him and listens to you very patiently, my mom being old has literally eaten his head with repetitive questions but he was kind enough to answer them multiple times understanding it well that we are totally dependent on him for the treatment and the diagnosis. Worsttttttt If not able to give immediate oppintment why should hang the patient in your clinic,by hours an hour

Dr Ebrahim Patel, My father had chest pain at night, I did checked online I got ur details mentioned as 24hrs Available at kondhwa hence tried calling but no One answered the call, next Day I booked appointment online and also called u again u asked me to come to ur clinic at 7 evening did came to ur clinic but u were Not Available. Do u really no the seriousness of ur profession. I could file An fir with regards ur unprofessional attitude but first I request u to change the timeline mentioned on Google due to ur careless ness someone my lose his life. There are hundreds of best cardiologist which ones can go to but only because u were nearby and as per ur clinic timeing mentioned I kept on trying to reach u.
