I had a truly wonderful experience at Imperial Hospital during one of the most important times of my life. The care and support provided by the entire maternity team were exceptional from start to finish. Right from the admission process to the post-delivery care, everything was handled with such professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. The doctors were highly skilled, reassuring, and always available to answer our concerns patiently. A special mention to the nursing and support staff -- they were incredibly attentive, kind, and compassionate. Their constant encouragement, gentle care, and round-the-clock assistance made me feel comfortable, safe, and truly cared for throughout my stay. Thank you to everyone at Imperial Hospital for making this journey such a smooth and memorable one. I would highly recommend this hospital to any expecting parents looking for excellent maternity care.

Good service. Got quick support from Doctors as well as sisters. However treatment cost is highly expensive. I had an insurance however in the final discharge bill hospital staff has mentioned 13000 RS non medical bill out of total bill 37000, and same couldn't get approved by the insurance company and I had to pay that amount. I couldn't understand for only 3 days why such amount has been charged despite not having any surgery. They added multiple things in the non medical bill although these things they even didn't used. Too costly... Felt like this hospital is only for those who have medical insurance.

My experience is very bad. My friend admitted for dengue and after 8 days declared he is no more. The most pathetic what I observed everyday was that he was fine and recovered in day time and in night between 10.30 to 11 he was in critical. Diagnosis was multiple organ failure but the test report was showing something different. In the day1 he was falls down from the hospital bed and shifted to ICU surprise . In day 3 doctor said in the night 10.45 that he is in critical if you want to take to any other hospital then it is your choice and the hospital will not be responsible. On that night they told if treatment will be here then pay 1.3 lacs for dialysis. In PCMC only 2 units are available means in such a scenario only 2 patient treatments will be possible in PCMC . There are a lot of hypotheses but the conclusion is that the patient is no more after a lot of effort from the doctor and specialist doctor. All the best. I am not mentioning in emotional but I am unable to understand after 8 days long treatment operation, 72 hours dialysis, ventilator, ct scan still no hope.

Hello everyone My mom was hospitalized on 26 July Saturday at night around 11 pm due to Heart attack The doctors started treatment immediately and in midnight they've taken my mom for the angiography and did the angioplasty procedure. After the angioplasty mom came out of danger comfortably and she is Doing perfectly Fine.
