Dr. Pulse Multispeciality Hospital

I had a very unpleasant experience when my mother was admitted to this hospital. Despite charging 3000 per day for bed charges, we were allotted a common room, which is completely unjustified. The hospital seems more focused on making money than patient care. They kept suggesting unnecessary tests, which added to our mental and financial stress during a difficult time. The receptionist boy was extremely rude and unprofessional. He lacked basic courtesy and was not at all helpful or welcoming to patient relatives. It felt like empathy and compassion were completely missing. The discharge process was painfully slow and chaotic. Shockingly, after completing the discharge formalities and payment, the staff forgot to remove the saline needle from my mother's hand. We had to return to the hospital just to get it removed -- this shows serious negligence and lack of coordination. I do not recommend this hospital based on my experience. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their service, staff behavior, and medical ethics.

I was admit here for Dengue fever. I got absolutely satisfaction with treatment and care provided by Dr. Tushar and team here. My new India insurance is also cashless here.and had not took any extra money from me Thank you Dr. Tushar and team

Most terrific experience here, They are just doing extra and not needed test just for there purpose which are not needed, also when we ask for twin sharing bed they admitted in private and charged for it saying stay there we will consider twin sharing. Also receptionist are not good at all there only motive is how we can get money from patients.

Today I am getting discharge from hospital and I am very glad to share my experience about this hospital and Dr. Tushar sir I was admit here for dengue fever . Everyone had taken care of me at their best level. 3 days before I had high grade fever and my platelet count was 12000 only. Dr Tushar attended me in night at 2 am. I am happy with treatment given to me and my all bill is covered in insurance . All insurance are cashless here .

Very good quality hospital, with highly experienced doctor and staff. The way of treatment is also satisfactory. And the hospital staff is also very friendly and supportive.

Today I went to the hospital cz I had a small accident and my toe nail was injured and removed almost completely and just hanged from 1 corner of the skin. Doctor gave treatment properly and did his job in a great way. But at the time of billing receptionist charges me more money for nail removal . I asked her not charge anything or give some concession for nail cz its already got removed at the time of accident and I just put over the toe again n applied bandage. But she was telling it's a basic rates for nail removal we gave u anesthesia and all. But my nail was already removed at the accident place so doctor didn't gave me anesthesia. I told her that and even told her to ask ur doctor regarding that. but still she refused to listen anything and keep asking for money for the treatment which I didn't get from them ( anesthesia ).

Nice hospital ok ok service. Not that much satisfying but ok in emergency.

I am not sure who wrote positive reviews. This worse hospital not sure what they do also....
