I visited Dr. Akshay to help manage my thyroid TSH levels. Before starting treatment, my TSH level was at 10, which is significantly higher than the optimal level of less than 5. Instead of increasing the dosage of allopathic medicine, I reached out to Dr. Akshay. He made me feel comfortable with a detailed conversation and treatment plan. Remarkably, within 22 calendar days, my TSH level decreased to 3.280. I had pain in my left side jaw joint since some months post forcefully closing my mouth after a locked jaw. My jaw opening was restricted and it pained if I attempted to bite something hard. I had taken allopathic treatment including physiotherapy for the same for a couple of months. But in my heart I knew that this is not going to work and wanted to take Ayurvedic treatment. Which took me to Dr. Akshay Malshikare. He diagnosed it as vaat prkop post trauma and prescribed two simple treatments. Applying lukewarm oil at the site and gNdduss (oil pulling) on daily basis. And one capsule which he said is tonic for all joints. I kept doing it consistently. For a long time there wasn't any relief but I continued nevertheless. I found his assurance "hluuhluu brN hoiil" very cute. And after about 7 months to my delight I realised that all the pain and symptoms had vanished and my jaw had become completely alright.
