Overall good treatment and good facilities as well in Private room, however Beds and facilities for patients in CCU can be improved with more attention to Patient when they are already in CCU. Billing also needs to be there in each floor and tentative detailed bill needs to be shared on daily basis to relative for their review. Food service at room for relatives should have more options as most of the things mentioned are not available and overall public canteen should have real time cleaning of tables and more seating arrangements as well.

Extremely disappointing experience at Aditya Birla Hospital. My father, Mr. Govind Salunke, consulted Dr. Rajiv Sethi on 10th June 2025 due to restlessness. After 2D Echo, valve replacement surgery was advised. We admitted him for angiography the same day and received a prescription from Dr. Sumeet, his assistant. Since some medication was already purchased earlier, we only took the newly added ones and limited strips as we were awaiting test results. Today, when I visited the hospital pharmacy to buy a hypertension medicine (Cilacar 0.5mg) with a valid prescription, the pharmacist behaved very rudely, refused to provide the medicine stating the duration wasn't mentioned (even though it's a regular hypertension tablet), and even threw the file back at me, saying "Do whatever you want, we won't give it." I called Dr. Sumeet to explain the issue, but he refused to take any responsibility and questioned why I was calling him. This experience has completely shattered my trust in the hospital. We were planning a TAVI procedure here, but after witnessing such poor post-consultation support and disrespectful behavior, we are absolutely not comfortable going ahead. Patients and families deserve empathy, not humiliation. Think twice before trusting your loved one's life here.

Doctors are good but nursing staff and management is pathetic. unskilled staff they dont know how to handle with kids.Canteen Service is just doing pure business not allowing food from home . whatever you order it will take 40 min and more for delivery. Slow and tasteless food.

Very Good experience while our patient admitted for 5days at Aditya Birla Chinchwad Hospital. We are incredibly grateful for the care and support we received from Pracheta from Physio department. She played a vital role in my mom's recovery after her craniotomy. Her dedication, knowledge, and compassionate approach made a huge difference--my mom's progress was noticeably fast under her guidance. She not only supported us during the hospital stay but also went above and beyond by helping us find a good physiotherapist for home care after discharge. We couldn't have asked for better support during such a critical time. Highly recommended!

We are happy that we went to ABMH for my wife's operation. Dr Sushila Netravali explained and clarified our doubts regarding the operation. She did the operation successfully.
