This hospital is so big and multispecialist hospital . There is any emergency cases handled there is most experienced doctors available 24 hours . There is many emergency cases successfully completed many people safely live .. All over is best .. But ...... This hospital is most expensive the any emergency cases bill is most . All medicines is also generic companies all injection is also generic... Hospital is best but medicines is all over generic.. This is disappointed point of this hospital

I received very best experience in this hospital this hospital has amazing staff
A few months ago, I admitted my father to the ICU at Lifeline Hospital. My experience here was very poor. I am sharing some of the points below: 1. ICU Cleanliness: The level of cleanliness in the ICU is very average. Considering the billing amount, the quality of cleanliness seems significantly low. 2. Reusing Equipment: The oxygen pipes and nasal prongs attached to the ICU bed were neither replaced nor cleaned. They used the same ones that were attached to the previous patient, without any consideration. Even after informing the ICU doctors two or three times, they replaced the oxygen nasal prongs and pipes only later. The ICU staff showed no concern about preventing infections in already ailing patients. Their priority seemed to be admitting the patient as quickly as possible and keeping them in the ICU. 3. Medication Costs: The prices of medicines and supplies from the medical store are highly impractical. The hospital uses medicines with the maximum price tags. Items that cost 1,000-2,000 outside were billed at 5,000 in the hospital. 4. Doctor's Behavior: An internal medicine specialist, whose name I won't mention, initially left a positive impression on the first day. However, from the second day onward, the doctor seemed more focused on scaring us into keeping the patient admitted for as many days as possible. Despite lacking expertise in the patient's illness, the doctor instilled unnecessary fear and failed to provide proper treatment, forcing me to shift my father to another hospital. 5. Facilities for Relatives: There is no proper seating arrangement for the relatives of admitted patients, especially for those in the ICU. Relatives face significant inconvenience here. 6. Lift Usage: Despite being a large hospital with high billing rates, the lifts are exclusively for hospital staff. Relatives of patients are not allowed to use the lifts. Instead, they are made to run up and down two or three floors based on announcements over the intercom. 7. Treatment of Relatives: Relatives of ICU patients are required to stay at the hospital 24/7, but no proper arrangements are made for them. The security guards in the ICU are constantly rude, often yelling at the relatives and even threatening them physically, as if authorized by hospital management. Relatives of ICU patients are treated very poorly. 8. Prolonging Patient Stay: Various tactics are used to extend the patient's hospital stay. Doctors frequently scare the relatives, although the patient's condition may not appear as severe. Lab reports are also manipulated. In our case, I noticed that a report that initially showed a value of 70 increased to 71 the next day. When I asked the doctor about shifting the patient to the general ward, the report value suddenly jumped to 85 the following day. How can the condition worsen by 10% despite ongoing treatment? Interestingly, when the patient was shifted to another hospital, the same report value dropped to 55. My Request to Hospital Management: The services and treatment should match the charges you impose. Patients and their families should feel respect for the hospital and its doctors. However, most feedback about the hospital is negative, and rarely does anyone speak positively about it. Kindly improve your services to meet expectations.
