Dr. K&K SUPERSPECIALITY HOSPITAL

My father was admitted to this hospital, and the entire staff was extremely cooperative. We received a lot of financial support from Apeksha Madam, Ritu Madam, and Suraj Sir. Our bill was covered partly through Mediclaim and partly in cash. The Mediclaim team--Sushma Madam, Rashmi Madam, and Sanjay Sir--was also very supportive, especially Sushma Madam. She was incredibly helpful and cooperative; she managed to get our Mediclaim approved even after it was initially rejected. She is truly talented and dedicated. The support from the entire staff--from the mama-mavshi (ward attendants), nurses (especially Tejal - very kind,helpful and talented), and all doctors (Special thanks to Dr. Siddharth kini who made this treatment smooth and made us undersand the process very well) to the owners and non-medical staff--was exceptional. I would also like to mention receptionists Sakina and Nancy, who were always polite and never showed any frustration, no matter how many times we asked questions. Overall, it was a very positive and supportive experience.

Dr. Suraj Baghel has done knee replacement for my mother's one leg...He is a very excellent and good results, experienced & efficient orthopaedic surgeon . He is the best doctor and you can trust him completely and undergo treatment. Once the patient is admitted, you no need to run around everywhere for medicine, diagnostic test and physiotherapy. His entire team is very competent and responds at all times. Ab joint replacement and spine surgery jaise major operation Vasai Virar me b possible hai... Thank you Dr Suraj sir and entire team, My mother is able to walk up the stairs within 10 days... Will highly recommend it.

Had a surgery at k and k super speciality hospital recently for fracture in my right hand. Surgery was successfully done by the safe hands of Dr Suraj Bhagel. I have received the best possible services at the Hospital. Hospital staff was always there to help. I would say K and K is the best orthopedic hospital in Nalasopara.

Treatment is good but while admitting patient they take Rs.5000/- in spite of cashless mediclaim and in settlement also they are not refunding money and telling to take from mediclaim... Wrost experience for mediclaim procedure the way they are handeling.

Very poor staff. Receptionists are totally irresponsible. They don't even answer phone calls even if the case of emergency.

I got my child treated by Dr. Shishir Garg The hospital staff, nursing services are good and Dr. Garg is a very good person...

Pathetic staff and management... If you have cashless mediclaim policy never tell them during admission. They will charge you very high for the treatment then the insurance company won't approve the whole claim amount. The same thing happened with me, first they take deposit amount while admitting and then during the whole treatment process they never told me that the insurance company is only approving the partial amount. Which is such a major communication gap from the hospital end... At the time of discharge I got to know that I need to pay 20k more for my sons discharge. Doctors are good but the staff coordination and management is pathetic.. DISGUSTING!!! Dont get admitted here for any treatment... unnecessary charges have been added to make the bill high and then the claim is rejected they will make you pay the remaining costs. Beware of such Hospitals!

Worst services got in this hospital by inform them that i have cashless policy. I was admitted k&k hospital Nallasopara east on dated 28.11.24 for my treatment under cashless policy of some scratch on face right side which was done by scooty slipped but there my treatment was started by antibiotic and medicines. I discharged on dtd 02.12.24 so due to these medicines my abdomen issue which I was operated in may month that paining again started when I discharged dtd 02.12.24 and 03.12.24 I again admitted there then then I discharged on dtd 06.12.24 for taking better solution treatment of gastrology. Today sister remove my veinflow at time of discharge like without knowledge by her mistake my 8-10 blood drops falled on my hand and bed. In this hospital I observed that except some sister, RMO, Dr nobody giving proper services like veinflow insert, treatment, behave with patient, theft system of our medicines and take that medicines as well as from our bill both side, give medicines from their medical, nothing any complaint system they taking seriously. Their staffs are main intension on only money from us. They given me 4000rs medicines for taking at home. They got my money of these medicines in their final bill amount but I loss this 4000rs amt because it's not match with this time of abdomen issue. I wasted my amount. They giving me excuse that in cashless we can't take return now you keep your side. They taken money from my sides like security deposit 5000rs, Dr consult and ambulance bill which are already cleared from my policy to them. I have record but they are saying to wait till their amount are not credit in their bank account from my insurance. I request to all that dont choose this hospital for treatment because I observed these things admitted there by cash and cashless policy both. Please choose other hospital who can give proper system.
