He required invasive ventilation with surfactant therapy, followed by CPAP support, which led to a significant improvement in respiratory function. Additionally, the neonate was diagnosed with sepsis, which was effectively treated with appropriate antibiotics. Over time, the baby's clinical condition improved steadily, and he began to gain weight. After a 3-week stay in the NICU, the baby was successfully discharged and has been doing well at home. Treatment was provided under the MJPJAY/Ayushman Bharat government health scheme, offering substantial financial relief to the family. The dedicated efforts of the neonatologists and nursing staff, along with their compassionate care, played a key role in the successful management and recovery of this premature baby.
