I had really bad experience with the service and medical treatment this hospital. response times are frequently slow No coperative staff & doctor's also.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Paramount Hospital, Panvel We had one of the worst experiences at Paramount Hospital, Panvel. The overall attitude of the doctors appeared more focused on money than patient care. There was a noticeable lack of empathy and professionalism. Most of our questions regarding the patient's condition and recovery timeline were met with vague or dismissive responses. When asked for clarity, they said things like, "No one can answer that," which only added to our distress. Our patient initially developed a fever at the hospital, which later escalated into seizures. Shockingly, the medical team failed to recognize the seizures were related to the high fever. Due to their lack of timely diagnosis and treatment, the condition worsened and began affecting the patient's brain. Even after a neurologist pointed out the actual issue, the hospital continued with ineffective treatments without proper understanding, making our loved one a subject of trial and error. At one point, we were even told that the patient might never recover and could remain in that condition for years. We eventually transferred the patient to Suraj Multispecialty Hospital in Sanpada, where -- thanks to competent care -- full recovery happened within a month. Our loved one can now walk and perform all daily activities independently. Beyond the medical mishandling, the support staff was equally disappointing. Nurses, RMOs, and assistants were unprofessional and often rude. Even basic hygiene services in the ICU were monetized unofficially -- the office boy openly asked for Rs. 50-100 to clean or shave unconscious patients. This felt like an unofficial bribe system running parallel to already exorbitant hospital charges, which were even higher than reputed hospitals like Apollo or Fortis. In summary, our experience at Paramount Hospital was deeply troubling -- both medically and ethically. I would strongly advise against trusting this facility with your loved ones' care.

This is a worst Hospital and Doctor in Panvel, Avoid this Hospital at all costs. My experience was an absolute nightmare

I had a really bad experience with the service and medical treatment at this hospital. I will recommend you not to get your patient admitted here. My father was admitted here and was diagnosed of Liver Abscess. Doctor didn't guide us properly and kept on saying Abscess is not liquified so we will have to keep him for few more days and wait for it to liquify so that it can be tapped out. This way they kept my father for 17 days of which 5 days he was kept in ICU. There are 3 main doctors and every day all 3 doctors used to come and diagnose him and used to add some or the other thing upto it and ask us to get those medications. To be honest it was a total extortion by the hospital and doctors. Even the mediclaim was not been processed by them and we had to pay full amount. And the worst part is that even after 17 days our dad's Liver Abscess was not cured and we had to take him to other hospital. Doctors and staff is not that cooperative with sharing actual info and reports. It was a worst experience. I had to forcefully ask the doctor to share Case Summary in order to take a Second openion. If you really want wour patient to get well, take them to a hospital where time,money and patient's life is valued.

Very poor OPD service, despite getting name registered 3 times over call, yet after coming to the hospital I get to visit doctor in last number

One of the oldest hospital in panvel where all the doctors are well qualified and experienced. However the staff is not patient friendly and appear to be too casual while dealing with patients, they talk loudly and at times busy with the tv or with their cell phones. hospital needs to improve in cleanliness.

Good hospital .all types of doctors are visiting here . communication between patient and doctor is good .all staff from ground to doctors are good .very clean hospital .if u are admit here then you will see 3-4times cleaning takes place . doctor continuously Checking your fitness .overall best hospital . highly recommended if any problem u have
