Dr. Neel Clinic

Dr. Neel saved my relative's life due to heart attack. We almost lost him. He kept him alive. May God bless him and his nurses and staff. Very knowledgeable and runs a great clinic and also recommended a good cardiologist for further surgery/treatment after.

Dr Shubhada Neel mam is such an experienced doctor. She guided me for my sister's fibroids issues which helped a lot. Thank you so much mam and the Neel hospital

Worst experience... so much arrogance in dr Shubhada Neel as well as nurses, this hospital and staff not to deserve 1 star also, I won't recommend this clinic or dr Shubhada Neel to anyone.

Pathetic hospital. Staff doesn't have etiquette.i am forced to give a one star. The staff is untrained. They behave so rudely with the patient. Don't have any hygiene system maintained in the hospital. Was hospitalized here for 3_4 days. The place is full of mosquitoes. In fact they don't have any senior staff in the absence of Neel madam.RMA doctors are totally freshers that they literally injected iv for 3 times and still failed. If you want a safe and secure pregnancy I will never ever recommend this clinic . even before the checkup they will ask you to pay the consultation charges. My experience is not so good.

I am forced to give 1* so that I can post this review. We visited this clinic around 10 pm when my spouse experienced chest pain. Unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory. The process of getting an ECG reading was delayed and somewhat unprofessional. The nurses seemed inexperienced as they had to refer to videos to learn how to take an ECG reading & to ensure correct placement of the probes. At one point, my spouse even offered to put the probes on themselves due to the staff's difficulties. The situation improved when multiple nurses rushed to the ER and finally managed to obtain the ECG reading. However, I was surprised to see a charge of 500 rupees for this service, considering the challenges encountered. To address my spouse's medical concerns, we sought a second opinion from a different doctor who confirmed that it was a muscle spasm and nothing more serious. Furthermore, we encountered an issue with the payment process. The clinic had only one functioning card machine, and the staff seemed unfamiliar with its operation. Despite attempting various cards from different banks, both credit and debit, we were unable to complete the transaction. Ultimately, we had to make the payment in cash. I genuinely believe that a hospital or clinic's reputation is shaped not only by the medical professionals but also by the competence and professionalism of its staff. I won't recommend this clinic to others.
