Dr. MGM Hospital

My mother was admitted here for 3 days. While the doctor was really nice and treated her very well, the hospital management and hygiene facilities were extremely poor. Only one attendant was allowed to stay with the patient, and there was no proper waiting area for others. I was told to wait in the reception which had no fan or AC. When I asked to turn them on, the staff refused, saying "Yaha aesa hi hota hai." The ward was full of mosquitoes and flies, making the wait very uncomfortable and unhygienic. Even though we got approval from our health insurance 5 days prior to admission, they still took 10,000 as a security deposit, which has not been refunded till now. Overall, the doctor deserves appreciation, but the hospital management needs serious improvement in terms of cleanliness, patient support, and transparency with finances Their is not managment after 5pm he clearly said you need stay like this This is multi hospital MGM BELAPUR

Recently, I had been to MGM Hospital, Belapur for a 10-day physio-therapy session. It was my first visit to this hospital. I had a memorable experience right from the receptionists, as they were very courteous, caring, supportive and helpful to make the registration process smooth and hassles-free. But what was impressed me the most was the outstanding performance of Dr Priyadarshini and her colleague Dr Vinita. They were attending four patients simultaneously without giving scope for any complaint. They were found extremely polite and giving personal attention to patients by patiently hearing them and assisting them in a professional way. I was deeply impressed with their sterling service with utmost sincerity, honesty and commitment. I would like to appreciate their painstaking efforts to uphold the prestige of the hospital and, also place on record that they are valuable assets to the hospital. Subsequently, a couple of days later, I had done a MRI also from this hospital. There also, the experience was not different. The lab staff were very co-operative and perfect in their job, which creates a very positive impression. The house-keeping also deserves appreciation as everywhere (in the ground floor as I have not visited other floors), especially the entrance, lobby, washroom and pharmacy area, it was neat and clean despite the ongoing construction work in the adjacent area. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Siddharth Sonkamble for the exceptional care and expertise he provided during my father's angioplasty procedure. His calm demeanor, clear communication, and professional approach gave us confidence and reassurance during a very stressful time. The procedure was handled with great skill, and my father's recovery has been smooth under his guidance. We are truly grateful for his dedication and support throughout this journey. Highly recommended for anyone in need of expert cardiac care.

MGM hospital in Belapur CBD is an excellent hospital in navi mumbai. Recently we come across a very good experience during my father's angioplasty. Overall service is good. Doctors and nurses are very caring and helpful. They provide very good support through out my father's health journey.Special thanks to dr Siddharth sir for their valuable guidance and supervision. Ambience and atmosphere of the hospital is fresh clean and positive.

Writing a feedback while I'm in que, Worst hospital in the town . Right from registration I was on the line for 1hr in multiple counter just for registration though it was only 2 patient . However at the end they forced me to register through a scanner. The receptionist behave like a goons - 3 Aunty and 1 guy is pure judgemental with uneducated goons behaviour .Worst worst human being I've ever met in my life .And now for Just a simple blood test I've to wait 2days lol. Worst . Dr. Was actually good thou. But receptionist the worst human ive ever meet . And just for one bill they will make you stand for 30 mins . They took a whooping of 3k just for fever. Worst worst hospital.

1. Very nice hospital in CBD Belapur. It is located just opposite the cbd bus depot. 2. The staff is good and approachable. 3. The charges of the doctors are nominally enough. Not so costly. 4. The toilets are a little bit lesser on the cleaner side. The washrooms and toilets need to be more well maintained and clean.

Third classs services of MGM Hospital and Third class Staffs. I've waited for 4 hrs for one stamp since the doctor was nicely sitting and talking with nurses no responsibilities the doctors have against the patient.

Poor and pathetic service. Absolutely caresless, arrogant and negligence added with commerical mindset has made this hospital highly unfit for generic to speciality healthcare. I recommend choose your Doctor and Hospital wisely and donot fall to trap of money minded Hopsital who only thing People as Patients and Patients as Charge per bed and Insurance value per patient...
