I had a great experience! Staff was friendly and professional. The clinic was clean and well organised, and followed excellent hygiene protocols. I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. However, I had to wait quite a while before being seen. It would be great if the scheduling could be managed more efficiently to reduce delays for patients.
