I'd like to share my disappointing experience with the Apollo Health Check-up department. Unfortunately, the Health Check-up department fell short of expectations. During my visits to the Nashik centers on July 21st, I was unimpressed with the service. The Nashik center's standards didn't match those of local diagnostic centers, and the focus seemed to be more on profit than patient care. The cleanliness was subpar, with dusty labs and rooms that were reminiscent of government hospitals. The department's commitment to delivering reports was lacking, and the staff seemed understaffed, particularly at reception, billing, and in the health check-up department itself. Moreover, the labs weren't fully functional, and samples were outsourced to external diagnostic centers, resulting in delayed reports that took over 24-36 hours to receive. I'm compelled to express my disappointment with Apollo's Health Check-up department. If the department can't provide quality service and skilled professionals, it's better to close it or be more transparent with patients about its limitations. Patients' health and trust shouldn't be compromised for the sake of profit.
