Dr. Apollo Clinic

I had a good overall experience in this clinic. Done complete bodycheck up for family. Already visited other clinic in Hyderabad, so found this comparatively good in handling the customer and planning different tests. Visited on working day. Clinic provided breakfast as well. Will definitely recommend.

This year visited to clinic for personal health check up. Conducted Sugar, BP, ECG etc all test, Eye check up. Serve food also for Sugar test before and after Staff is cooperative and ready to help us. Seating arrangement quite good. Spacious place. Very close from Mumbai Naka.

Rating: (-0000/5) they deserve nothing "WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!" This so-called Apollo Clinic is the worst clinic I have ever encountered! Their management is absolutely pathetic, and their staff has no sense of professionalism or courtesy. They make patients wait for days for a simple medical checkup and then have the audacity to send them away with another appointment date. This is completely unacceptable! The lady manager at the reception is beyond rude and disrespectful--her behavior is outright nonsense and disgusting. She doesn't deserve to be in any customer-facing role. Patients are treated like garbage, and the staff doesn't seem to care about anyone's time or health. This clinic is a complete scam! They are just playing with people's health and time. I strongly urge everyone to NEVER EVER VISIT THIS CLINIC! They don't deserve a single rupee of your money or a single second of your time. Government and legal authorities need to step in immediately, investigate this disaster of a clinic, and suspend their license. Such mismanagement and unprofessionalism have no place in the healthcare system. Apollo Clinic, you are a shame to the industry!

Worst place to visit. They tell us to visit sharp at 8 am and the consulting doctors come after 10:30 am. They keep fooling u every now n then tht we have just called up the doctor and doctor is on d way to lab ..just will reach in 5 to 10 mins..every 10 mins same answers are given to everyone. We have too keep waiting and asking them now and then. Almost more than 3 hrs are wasted , where as at other labs all the doctors are always available at the lab itself. Not even deserve one star as system is so much bad. They take people as they wish for tests and not as who came first. No MANAGEMENT at all. Takes lot of time as well to give you your report files.

Apollo Clinic is a well-known healthcare provider offering a variety of medical services including general health check-ups, diagnostics, consultations with specialists, and preventive health packages.
