Today visited to see my cousin brother who was admitted in ICU on 4th floor. Was shocked to see the lift is only for patients. Requested the manager that am a heart patient and can't use stairs for forth floor but he was too rude and didn't bothered to listen and talk. I wish I would have given negative ratings and will make sure non of my known people gets here for any kind if treatment here after.
