I recently had the experience of being admitted to this hospital for an appendectomy (Appendix), and I must say, it was truly exceptional. This was my first time being hospitalized, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hospital is a multispecialty facility, meaning you don't need to worry about going to other places for tests like sonography, CT scans, etc. Everything you need is conveniently available on-site. One of the things I appreciated the most was the prompt admission process; I didn't have to wait long at all. The staff, including doctors, nurses, and even the cleaning crew, were incredibly supportive and attentive, not only to me as the patient but also to my family. I was admitted and operated on the same day by Dr. Amrish Shamkuwar, and I am grateful for his expertise and care. Overall, the treatment and service I received were excellent. I highly recommend this hospital for anyone in need of medical care. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.

A few months ago, my father was diagnosed with wet gangrene in his right toe. We admitted him to several hospitals, but sadly, we saw no improvement in his condition. I had taken my friend to this hospital, to see Dr Rohit Gupta, Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon for his Varicose Veins. The way Dr listened to us and explained about everything associated with with this condition was beyond words. He was patient, calm and very well read and updated and gave his management plan. We were scared by lots of other Drs about this condition but he just won our hearts by giving us the full spectrum of it. I strongly recommend him for any vascular disease management.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hospital during a recent emergency. Despite the urgency of the situation and the patient's visible pain, the medical staff appeared disengaged and preoccupied, with some seen using their phones. We were told to wait without any clear communication about when treatment would begin. The male receptionist, in particular, was extremely unhelpful and responded rudely to our questions. Additionally, we were not provided with a detailed bill--only a single amount was mentioned with no explanation of the charges. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor communication made an already stressful situation much worse.
