Not Worth the Money - Very Disappointing Experience We visited this hospital recently and were extremely disappointed with the service. Despite spending our hard-earned money, we did not receive the level of care or respect that any patient deserves. The security guard and receptionist were especially rude and unprofessional. Their behavior was completely unacceptable, and they treated us more like a burden than patients. If the front-line staff act this way, it raises serious doubts about how other departments function. We felt completely let down and strongly do not recommend this hospital to anyone. Patients deserve better treatment, especially when they are paying for healthcare services.

More I have my own experience in this hospital. I brought my grandmother to this hospital. She was not even able to walk properly. After 5 days, she has somehow recovered. The doctors here are very good and the entire staff here is also good

My father went through the bypass surgery which was successfully done by the experienced doctors here , the hospital staff took very good care of my father and they were very professional and supportive .

This is one of the best hospital in nagpur city for multipurpose treatment specially HEART' Before 5 years I am connected and always satisfied with there treatment. All doctors are well experienced n giving very good treatment ,Nursing and other staff very politely nature Also there is inside/ outside area keep cleaning always.All hospital accessories/ machineries available Thanks

Shrikrishna Hrudayalaya Nagpur, is one of the best hospital for caring our heart. I was admitted to the hospital on Monday for angioplasty. Captain of the hospital team leads from front synchronising with the tagline "Dil ka ilaj, Dil se..", so is the team. Nursing staff is very punctual and they stay alert all the time. To name the few sisters Pratiksha, Laxmi,Ranjita etc. I will always recommend this hospital to my near and dear ones for heart medication.
