Dr. Intima Heart & Critical Care

If you think that you have to visit this doctor please don't this doctor is a heart less person who treat heart, I loss my father in this hospital when my father was in critical condition the doctor ANUJ SARDA was out of town and the staff was saying that he is coming lieing with us all. I don't even want to give him one star. The staff was worst the doctor we think gives life and treat people but this doctor Sarda take life. He did not even try to treat him. If you don't want to lose your loved one please don't believe this doctor. I wish and prayer to God that this doctor should suffer what we are suffering and my father suffered.

Dr. Swapnil is the Gem of this team... He is a wonderful Doctor and experienced. He will try his best possible efforts to save life.

Who wishes to visit any hospital for loved ones. But we can't avoid god's wish... From entry gate at road to till exit till road my experience was very helpful and kind. My mother got instant help from dr and team at Intima, without initial registration. After 20 minutes they updated the health condition and asked for registration. At reception they showed all the charges and asked if I'm interested for patients admission. All the charges are sticked on wall for our convenience. ICU per day charge including all other fee were 7,100. They count one day from 12 pm to next day 12pm. During registration it was 10 pm so they they told clearly that next morning 12 pm our one day will be counted, if we wish we can admit the patient. Well, life is more important than anything so we admitted our mother. We got dinner facility for my mother, charges were only 90. And for breakfast 40. My mother was treated really well and cared like at home. She got a sponge bath, her hair combed, applied powder at face, lip bam and what not.. the way I could have done for my mother's condition. Dr Anuj Sarda was a gem; during angiography, he showed us the blockage on screen and explained us nicely. On Sunday we got discharged, OPD was closed so no review patients visits. Due to less but sufficient staff and less crowd, they washed the whole hospital with hot water and floor cleaner. The staff was cleaning properly and neatly. This view captured my heart for the hospital. A staff member dropped my mother on wheelchair downstairs till the cab. One can surely visit, if needed as the charges are less as compare to other hospitals.

Treatment here is just Worth of Money & Time. Doctor is only running out for money & asking more & more money at the time of final bill. His behaviour for patients is only for minting money. His way of talking with relatives is rude & ridiculous. Don't get treated from this hospital. Support staff is good but master is really bad. I have ever seen the worst man in the dress of doctor.
