Extremely disappointed in the doctor's treatment. My grandma and I visited Alexis Hospital, where I made an appointment to see Dr. Shoeb Nadeem. The entire cost of the consultation - Rs. 850 plus Rs. 100 for registration - is wasted. He did not check on the patient properly. Has begun the course of treatment based on my words. advised ECG and Echo, which later on yields no results. We anticipate that the doctor will spend at least five to ten minutes with the patient if the hospital charges a consultation fee, which is not insignificant. He didn't even mention the appropriate cause of chest pain. I had to go to another hospital to acquire further information, and I found out that she doesn't have a chest issue; instead, the reason is unrelated. They are rushing to finish the test so they can gain the advantage. I find the doctor's approach and method of communicating with patients to be unsatisfactory.
