Worst experience !!! The staff is extremely rude, mannerless, inhuman and inconsiderate towards elderly patients. One star is only for the doctor who earlier gave good consultation, but on my 2nd visit even he lost my respect. It appears that he wants his patients to come before time and sit for long hours. My only request was that my 82 years old grandmother who is a filaria (hathi paon) and chikun gunia patient, be called for checkup at such time, that she is not required to wait for unreasonably long time. On this request, the staff at the reception told that Sir does not allow to call late, "Sir bolte hain jaldi bulao aur baithne do". When I asked to speak with the doctor, the staff went into the doctor's chamber and told him "Sir yeh patient bad-bad kar rahe aap dekhlo". When I requested the doctor that as my grandmother is too old and in lot of pain, pls tell a reasonable time so that she can rest at home in the meanwhile and come to the clinic accordingly, the doctor folded his hands and in a very adamant tone, said "hum kuch nahi kar sakte". Even the other patients could see my grandmother suffer in pain and offered to go for checkup before them, but the staff/doctor couldn't see, couldn't understand.

Unprofessional doctor and staff. Clinic opens at 6 p.m. right now it's 6.55 p.m. and he is still not in clinic. Staff says there is no fix time. Post consultancy review There were only three patients including the one I accompanied. This is monsoon season. From this his popularity can be understood. Pathlab and medical store in his premises. Hope this helps in taking a decision to go there.

The clinic does not respect patients' time. An appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM was delayed until 5:30 PM. The receptionist is unclear about wait times and withholds information about the current patient number being served. The doctor also prescribes unnecessary tests. If you value your time, avoid this clinic.

I was the patient having high fever was waiting for approx 1 hour and the receptionist chooses to let another person go when actually it was my time to go for the checkup. The receptionist is as useless and looks like an illiterate who doesnt understand what he is supposed to do. The doctor also favours his friends over regular patients who takes appointment. Do not waste your time over here as it takes too long and overall a horrible experience.

Very rude and arrogant staff does not know how to behave with the patients. Also when it comes to doctor, he himself is very unprofessional and clearly does not know how to deal with critical patients! Worst time management abilities overall

Pathetic experience. The appointment basis is useless as they prefer to engage with patients whomever they likely to send first. The experience and waiting time is too much and the doctor prefers to choose whoever he wants to attend first.

Bad doctor. We have had very bad experience with this guy. Gave my mother inlaw 10 medicines for sugar and bp. She used to feel like she is about to die after taking his medicines. We refered her to another dr and he said the doses are very high and came down to 2 meds on for diabetes and 1 for bp. 2nd instance was when he could not even identify she was suffering from migrane. He gave medicines for mums refered to a ent who refered to another dr we went to about 7 clinics. Pathetic and inefficient dr specially since he started his nursing home. And yes, for every other issue he will ask to do an ecg

The staff treats patients poorly and lacks effective time management. Even the doctor seems unconcerned about the patients' conditions.
