Worst experience overall. Doctors and staff seemed more focused on making money than providing care. The moment they found out I had insurance, the bills shot up and suddenly the treatment plan became more complicated and critical than necessary. It felt like they were just trying to exploit the insurance and cut deep into our pockets. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I visited Care Hospital, Nagpur, thinking I just had a bad case of the flu, but thanks to the thorough examination by Dr. Kamal Bhutada, it turned out I actually had pneumonia and needed to be admitted right away. From the moment I was admitted, the experience was excellent. The nursing staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and kind -- they really made a difficult time much easier with their care and support. The medical team as a whole was fantastic, always willing to take the time to explain my treatment plan, what milestones I needed to achieve during my recovery, and what to expect along the way. I felt well cared for and in safe hands throughout my stay, and I'm deeply grateful to Dr. Bhutada and the entire team at Care Hospital for their expertise and compassion. Highly recommended!

Hospital and its team is very helpful , treatment of Dr Sandeep V Kharkar was very amazing, recovery was very quick. Best treatment was given by him, Lab is very good and medicine. Thanks you Ganga care Hospital for saving of our life..

My husband admitted in care hospital after injured in industrial blast. He was in critical condition. Dr.bhutada and his team taking care of him. My father was admitted on 23 Nov 2024 At night the counter meber behaved rude and demanded lot of cost only for admission but the treatment they gave was ok doctor explained conditions very carefully but the security behaved rude at that time when my father expired on 27 Nov. My opinion in the hospital is some workers have so attitude but by chance the time we faced if they will face then they will understand while doctors are very carefull .
