"My experience with this hospital was a mix of good and bad. The treatment and the doctor were great, but the behavior of some staff members was extremely disappointing. They lacked basic manners and respect, especially when interacting with the relatives of patients. I understand that hospitals can be busy, but it is crucial to treat everyone with respect, especially those who have traveled a long way to visit their loved ones. When I was going to visit my relative in the ICU, I was subjected to rude and disrespectful behavior. The staff's approach to communication was unprofessional and hurtful. While I couldn't express my frustration at the moment, this experience was far from acceptable. I hope the hospital looks into improving staff behavior and training them in better communication and respect."
