Dr. Shree Ganesha Hospital - Best hospital in Borivali West | Best ICU | Emergency Care | Gall Bladder | Kidney Stone Surgery

One of the worst hospital I've visited. Do not consider this hospital even as a lost option. 1. Money centric staff, who take decisions as per your financial status. Their front dest staffs are arrogant and untrained. 2. They have one person who sells card like a credit card in the name of cashback and discount. 3. They have deluxe Rooms which are unhygienic, small and badly arranged which gives zero comfort to the patient. 4. There were useless machines below patient's bed which was covered in filth and dirt. 5. Lastly very unorganised staff especially their front desk who keep asking about mediclaim and payment. 6. Charges of their deluxe rooms are 10k and yet the service they provide is of low class Please do not consider this hospital.

I got admitted to Shree Ganesha Multispeciality Hospital, Borivali West on 19th July 2025 for my surgery for Umbilical Hernia, under the guidence of Dr Shrenik Shrishrimal. He is a very good doctor and an expert surgeon. As it was a minor surgery, i got discharge on 20th July 2025. Dr Sapna Shetty who is a MD, Physician is also very good with helping nature. All the support staff were also good. I take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped me during my stay in the hospital. God bless you all

I got operated by Dr Shrenik Shrishrimal on 26th June 2025 in this hospital (Shree Ganesha hospital) for TORSION TESTIS. ... I had a lots of pain when I was visited to Dr Shrenik and Dr Shrenik was expained me in very detailed about my case and he was very sure that my illness get recovered by operation & I had wonderful experience with Doctor and staff as well. I had a wonderful experience at Shree Ganesha Hospital. The staff was kind, very attentive. Specially all the nurses, very professional and good way of talking which made me comfortable to share my problems with them. Their hospitality made a big difference in my recovery. The room is very clean and well-maintained, and I appreciate the extra amenities like the Wi-Fi, hot water facilities etc. The food was delicious specially Lunch and dinner. A Big thanks to all the Doctors who came and make my mind positive. Last but not least, a big thanks to all maasi who also helped me in my recovery. All cleaning and other men also very helpful. We were given personal attention by the doctor's and nursing staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The diet and food given too is very good. Rooms are clean and hygienic. The mediclaim department too were helpful in getting our paperwork done.
