Patient Name: Abdul Aziz Discharge Date: July 1, 2025 Admitted for : Angioplasty Absolutely frustrating and helpless experience. The patient was cleared for discharge, but for 7 hours, no one took responsibility. Nurse said talk to accounts, accounts said talk to ICU, and the ICU doctor just didn't care. I asked multiple times -- no response, no action. Only when I threatened to escalate did they finally move. No patient or family should be made to feel this ignored. Completely disorganized and insensitive process. Also, be aware: staff stand behind patients asking them to give Google reviews during discharge. Don't trust the ratings blindly

Dr Sandeep Rane is very Supportive and Good Coordination with my father as well as our family All service is excellent and All staff including ICU is very Supportive and give positive and moral support to my father As well as good team work to caring and communication with us. As I want to say that the rane hospital was best for my mom treatment,because when my mom came here we were suggest for angioplasty,after the angioplasty done by Dr nitin bote was superb,in icu there was good caring done to my mom from sister and mama,maushi. After we shift into the ward the dr & staff was very co-operative. All the rane hospital team was very good and very co-operative to us. Thank u once again rane team
