Terrible experience in the clinic. The staff is extremely unprofessional and does not respect anyone's time. I was with the patient who was a senior citizen and though we were next in line, the staff kept on calling random patients on the middle, increasing the wait time for the patient. There is absolutely no meaning to the time taken for a scheduled appointment.

These hospitals service are excellent. specially your staff komal madam.and Niyati madam. As well as office staff also take care of patients.

I recently visited him and was appalled by the ridiculous wait time. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was forced to wait for an astonishing 5 hours before being seen. This level of disregard for patients' time is unacceptable. The waiting room was overcrowded, and the staff seemed disorganized and unapologetic about the delay. When I finally saw the doctor, the appointment felt rushed, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. As a patient, I expect a certain level of professionalism and respect for my time. Unless they revamp their scheduling and patient flow, I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

I'm deeply affected by the experience I recently had at Dr Ratna Parkhi's clinic!! Unacceptable behaviour by the staff who manages the patients, there is no sense of responsibility from the people incharge there ( including Dr Parkhi ).. My grandmother has been his patient since a while and recently got operated through him & post & before surgery the visit we had was totally disappointing as my grandmother had to wait for 3 hrs just to speak to him , even after us repeatedly informing them that she has fever and is not able to sit for very long they did nothing! She was shivering through the time and we had to make her sit outside the clinic to get the warmth she needed as she picked up fever ! I clearly remember asking them for a crocin to calm her fever & i was tld a clear no ! They have had the audacity to give me an appointment at 7:30pm & at my arrival informed me i have 28 patients before me ! Absolutely unacceptable!!! Considering the fact that he has heart patients visiting him , he has absolutely no respect for them ! I would not recommend to send your loved ones to this specific doctor ! After us speaking to the doctor abt waiting for soo long he has very clearly tld us to leave the premises with my 75yr old grand mom !! A big " NO " from me to consult this clinic & Dr Ratna parkhi !!
