Being a Senior Airline Captain of one of the world's best airlines, I was truly amazed at the incredibly exceptional world class service that I received at Dr Thomas Koshy's Holy Trinity Hospital in Mulund, Mumbai. Dr Thomas Koshy and his wife Mrs Annie Thomas are true entrepreneurs in that they have not lost the human factor in dealing with a patient. A truly one shop stop is this clinic, from cardiology to dentistry to icu care all the way to the treatment of diabetes. After my very first visit to Holy Trinity, I have sworn that I shall never ever visit any other Multi National multi function hospital again. The ones that treat me just like a number and not a human, ever again ! Once you visit Dr Thomas for ANY treatment you start having faith in the system once again where doctors were supposed to be healers and not businessmen. In Holy trinity hospital I felt like I was a part of the Koshy family and was treated like one. Right from the lovely staff who administered me the shots all the way to the CEO Dr Thomas. I was treated like a family member and charged as one too. With such a heavy background of amazing degrees and achievements I felt I couldn't have been in better hands ! I hope I never have a reason to change my doctor from this day on and shall make sure that each and every member of my entire family connects with and is treated by the Thomas Koshy family and clinic. I'm very certain that I wont be seeing any other big hospital as long as I'm in India. The doctor is helpful and gives all the insights about the medicine and treatment helped a lot in malaria
