Hiranandani Hospital billing department is the worst I have seen in my life , my brother had a massive heart attack after reaching the hospital my sister was asked 1st go & deposit money then will start treatment, only 1 Billing counter was open , 1 guy attending atleast 15/16 patients, 1 senior citizen who had a head injury was bleeding he was standing in line 2 youngs boys who have met with bike accident they where in queue, billing department has no coordination with other department they are wasting their time as well as patients time , every min counts but not for the billing department.... Pros ...... rooms are good ( Powai lake view from the room is beautiful), nursing staff is good , the dr's are good .... But billing is absolutely trash

Worst service.... As per experience this hospital doesn't feel like a hospital, it feels like a business focused solely on profit. Instead of prioritizing patient care, they seen more interested in exploiting people's hard-earned money. This hospital prioritizes profit over patients care. They significantly charge more cost without giving clear and complete information about treatment. As per experience first they told one amount and thereafter at a discharge time they extended amount with more unnecessary charges without any reason. I disappointed and disheartened by the experience of this hospital service. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone looking for honest and ethical medical treatment.
am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Hiranandani Hospital. I had taken my daughter, for a consultation on 4th August and had to revisit on 7th August as she wasn't keeping well. Shockingly, I was charged the full consultation fee again, despite it being just a 3-day gap. Most hospitals offer a reasonable revisit window without recharging the full amount. I expected more empathy and patient-friendly policies from a reputed institution like Hiranandani. Very disappointed with the lack of consideration shown.
Subject: Complaint Regarding Nurse Negligence and Security Issues - Ward 502, Bed 2/2 Dear Hiranandani Hospital Management, I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding the services my father has received while being hospitalized in Ward 502, Bed 2/2. He is currently suffering from pneumonia and requires constant medical attention. Unfortunately, when his IV saline was finished, he rang the call bell for assistance, but no one responded. We later discovered that the entire nursing staff had gone together for tea or snacks, leaving patients unattended. When I questioned one of the nurses upon their return, she responded arrogantly, denying that they had gone for tea, even though another staff member had already confirmed it. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially in a reputed hospital like Hiranandani, where patient care should be the top priority. Additionally, I would like to raise a concern about the security arrangements in the ward. Despite only three patients being admitted, there were around 10 to 12 relatives present at one time, causing unnecessary crowding and disturbance. Security guards appear to be checking passes, but the enforcement is ineffective and seems more of a disturbance than a solution. I urge you to take this matter seriously and ensure that: Nursing staff do not leave patients unattended, especially when critically ill. Proper behavior and professionalism are maintained at all times. Security measures are improved to control the number of visitors in the ward and maintain a peaceful environment for patients. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope for a prompt and appropriate response.
I recently visited Hiranandani Hospital for OPD, EMG, and MRI tests, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of care and services provided. Initially gave one star, updated to 4 after complete stay. There are many positives of hospital, mainly efficiency. However, eficiency across departments is woeful. Clean rooms, effective emergency, professional ICU, polite and efficient nurses, good doctors. However, abysmal when it comes to few things. In ICU. Shifted bed 3 times in 12 hours. For 10 minutes no one in ICU room, and patient was alone. But having said so, patient was no more needed in ICU ahd was waiting fortransfer. Now To transfer. Waited 4 hours for discharge from ICU to ward as the ICU doctor was not available. Finally, waited for 6 hours waiting for billing before discharge. So many hours wait for shifting to ICU and discharge needs to be corrected.

She provided outstanding customer service and was extremely thorough in explaining the entire testing process. Her guidance was clear, detailed, and ensured that we were well-informed and at ease throughout. What truly stood out was how seamless and well-coordinated the entire process was all thanks to her. She personally stayed with us from start to finish, ensuring that every step was smooth and efficiently managed. Her presence and attentiveness brought a great sense of comfort, especially in a hospital setting. We are truly grateful for her professionalism, patience, and commitment. She is a wonderful example of excellent guest relations.
