We have approached Dr Irfan for our patients. He has always explained about the outcomes. If the patient needs a bypass , he will send the pt to the surgeon Dr Swarup Pal , but won't do an unnecessary Angioplasty . If the lesion is confusing , he does a FFR and then decides if it needs stenting. If the pt is a diabetic he looks at the Syntax score and decides whether it's for surgery or stenting. A well read , calm guy with a good skillset

Took 71 year old paralyzed patient for a 12.30. Appointment however after reaching there we were informed that the doctor is busy and has canceled all appointments for the first half. It would have been courtieus to inform a little in advance to avoid inconvenience to the patient.
