Dr. Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital

What is the point of conducting tests if reports aren't available in emergency situations? Doctors are taking almost 24 hours just to diagnose and begin the correct treatment. This kind of delay is unacceptable-especially in a city like Mumbai, where we expect a higher standard of medical efficiency and accountability. Such behaviour is disappointing and cannot be overlooked.

Hospital appears clean from outside, but have serious doubts on the hygiene conditions inside restricted areas like OT. My elderly father who had no infections before entering the OT, contracted the pseudomonas aeruginosa as per a sample collected immediately after the surgery. This bacteria is resistant to all antibiotics.. finally it caused him severe pneumonia due to which he passed away. The hospital doctors & nurses are very good & genuine, but not sure about the hospital administration. Another patient admitted in the hospital had also identified electric current in patients bed owing to faulty earthing in the electric sockets.. the electrician was then called & discovered this issue in several other rooms !! Imagine putting patients on a bed causing continuous electric shocks. This is pure negligence. The receptionist is quite rude & insensitive to patients condition. The hospital pharmacy is also very costly.

Ok ok.hospital.not that good not that bad.location is good just above audi showroom in sahakar nagar. They have some construction work going on. It is located on the first floor. Facilities for sleeping for the ones who are staying with the patient is ok ok. Adding pictures and videos decide urself.

I had an excellent experience at the hospital. The doctors and nurses were very professional, humble and took time to answer all my questions. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, with affordable services and a positive atmosphere. I truly appreciated the care and support provided by everyone, from the reception to the medical team. I have no words to describe my gratitude to Bellevue Hospital and most importantly Dr Lulla. My mother was in the ICU for 4 weeks and I can't falter the quality of care my mother was rendered. The ICU team is extremely polite and prioritize patient care. They are also compassionate to the care givers of the patient, which is a rare commodity in a lot of hospitals. The administration team is equally efficient and attentive. I am forever indebted to Dr Lulla and his team for looking after my mother.
