The hospital's services are average. A significant issue is the front office staff's inability to provide charges for procedures, consistently stating that "the doctor will tell you." Furthermore, despite ample space, patient parking isn't allowed, and there are no external parking options due to the busy main road. Management is unhelpful when issues are raised. My knee transplant experience was absolutely fantastic! The doctors and nurses were exceptional, especially Pankaj and Tushar, who kept smiling and comforting me throughout the process. Hi, I did place a positive review about this hospital but I guess I was wrong. Overall I have no issues with anyone personally although their a couple of their staff have ego problems. Treatment and service wise no problem but the major concern is the patient safety and that too of a woman whose data has been leaked to a 3rd party and now the whole hospital management is quiet over the whole issue. I've been waiting for their revert but seems like no one is bothered. Verbal communication and meetings done but no rock solid results at all. Sorry state of affairs.
