The doctor was so unprofessional and they made us sit for hours. They didn't have a good behaviour and they don't have any links with any hospital and they make patients sit 2 hours even if they have to ask only a single medicine. They made me sit from 8pm to 11pm. And when my consultation was done I told the doctor to prescribe the medicine which she told me to buy she argued with me and she even began to fight. She even prescribed me a wrong medicine due to which my body got swollen. Very third class behaviour!

Don't ever go to this doctor or even suggest anyone to go to this doctor. Worst service ever received. While taking the appointment they didn't inform us that doctor wont see us without doing 2D echo and ECG in their clinic. After 2 hours of travel in mumbai traffic, we reached there while my mom was not well and they started asking us to first do the 2D Echo test and ECG which will cost us around 2.5k (Which means we have to spend 1700rs for 2D Echo test and 300rs for ECG before meeting the doctor) No matter how small or big the issue is with the heart. We have to spend 2000rs in order to see the doctor and then 800rs consultation charges on top of it. So no matter what heart condition you are facing. Be prepared to spend 3k before meeting the doctor and pathetic staff ever. Receptionist clearly told us that doctor wont see the patient without all these test. And this was the first time we were visiting the doctor. Although we had done ECG just a week before and had al our blood reports handy. Without even knowing patients history. They were pressurising us to do the ECG AND 2D Echo test or else doctor won't see the patient. Without even checking the patient how can a doctor suggest a these tests. They are just here to make business and make money. Not to see the patient. They deserve minus rating.

Dr.Ritu Walinjkar is the most outstanding cardiologist I have encountered so far.Her clear communication and the way she conducts treatments are excellent. If anyone has any heart related problem, be sure to visit the Swasthya super speciality clinic at least once..
