It was a very satisfactory experience in Shalom hospital, my father was seriously ill, breathless and pain in chest due to severe congestion, the hospital staff, Dr, nurse, administration department were all on their toes , they all were trying their best to give comfort to him, they were very soft spoken, supportive, empathetic, kept the hospital environment light and pleasant. I am truly thankful to Dr. Neha Patel Ma'am and all the sisters (nursing staff) who took care of us during the delivery. Dr. Neha Patel was supportive, kind, and highly professional throughout the process. The nursing team was also very caring, responsive, and comforting in such a sensitive time.

To Doctor Orthopedic surgeon Dr.Alwin My name Nisha gosai Thanks to Doctor Alvin , I was going to different hospital for a long time as I was suffering swelling in knee and at the same time large amount of water use to plump up in the knee, but I tried getting treatment in Shalom multi-speciality hospital, it was such a wonderful experience for getting treatment because it was painless treatment, just a excercise suggested by doctor alwin, it is completely healed, I am grateful for the treatment I recieved. I really suggest people this hospital, I bet they won't take the patient for granted, or charge you beyond, definitely a place to get treatment in genuine way.

Overall Experience: I had a positive experience throughout -- from the initial consultation to surgery and recovery. The hospital maintained professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. I would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking quality healthcare. I would also like to give a special shoutout to the Nursing Helping Team (specially 2 ladies from day shift and the lady from night shift; and Nurse Jagruti (They have been super amazing looking after me) I'd definitely request Shalom hospital organizers to Reward such amazing staffs in any form. Breakdown - I Visited For: OPD consultation and later underwent surgery Doctor: Neha & Saurabh 1. OPD Experience Doctor Consultation: Dr. Neha is highly professional, explained the condition in detail, and answered all queries patiently. I felt confident with their diagnosis and treatment plan. Staff Behavior: 10/10 The OPD staff, including reception and nursing team, were polite and helpful. They guided me through the process efficiently. Cleanliness & Hygiene: The OPD area was clean, well-maintained, and followed proper hygiene protocols. Facilities: Appointment booking was smooth. The waiting area is good enough to accommodate everyone. 2. Surgical Experience - Pre-Surgery Process: The pre-operative procedure was well-coordinated. Tests were scheduled efficiently, and the surgical team explained everything clearly. Surgery & Medical Care: The surgery was successful and performed with utmost care. The surgeon and OT staff were highly skilled and ensured comfort before and after the procedure. Post-Operative Care: Recovery room and ward care were excellent. Nurses were attentive and quick to respond. The doctor checked in regularly and explained the recovery process. Cleanliness & Infrastructure: Operation theatre and wards were clean and met high standards of hygiene. Hospital premises overall felt safe and sanitized. Billing & Insurance Support: Billing was transparent with no hidden charges. paperwork was handled smoothly by the hospital team.

The hospital was exceptionally clean, with area being spotless and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful, courteous, and attentive,humble making the overall experience very pleasant. The OT room was impressively spacious, modern, and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. However, one minor issue was that the dietitian was unable to arrive on time, which caused a slight inconvenience.

The experience here was extremely great. Had admitted my wife for csection delivery. The care shown by from doctors to support staff was splendid. If anyone from hospital is reading this, please take this as an appreciation for all nurses stationed at 4th floor from 21 March 2025 to 24 March 2025. They were extremely caring, supportive and caring. Additionally, Dr. Joginder is an excellent doctor. Calm, composed, answers each query even if asked several times. Keep up the good work!!!
