I had a very good experience in Wockhardt hospital. As i was planned for surgery under Dr. Chandraveer sir and Dr. Vinod Rambal sir, both the Doctors explained everything pre and post very nicely and were veryy attentive about the situation till last. My 1 day experience in ICU on 5th floor was very nice, from the nurse incharge to all the staff was very cooperative and helpful. My ward experience on 12th floor was also very good. The medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and support team, were highly professional, compassionate, and attentive throughout the stay. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the condition and treatment plan in detail, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The nursing staff was always prompt, polite, and caring -- making sure the patient was comfortable at all times. The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with advanced technology. Hygiene standards were strictly followed, and the environment felt very safe and organized. I'm truly grateful for the care and treatment we received at Wockhardt. I had a really good experience here. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The doctor, even though he came in a bit late, was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away, which helped a lot. The nurses and caretakers were all so polite, kind, and helpful; they genuinely made the stay easier. The food was also really nice, healthy and well-suited for someone recovering from surgery. I also liked that the dietician came in, asked about any food allergies or preferences, and made sure I got meals that worked for me. Overall, I felt well cared for and comfortable throughout. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good medical care with a kind and thoughtful team.

My husband was admitted here for his internal haemorrhoids surgery. Overall the experience from consultation to final discharge was really appreciating. Dr. Rajiv Manek is very good doctor, he is very polite while explaining the procedure as well as after care. His team is great & so is the doctor! The house keeping of hospital is also great. They make sure the rooms are clean & hygienic. They are always available on one call! The nursing staff does a commendable job with taking care of the patient & giving time to time attention whenever needed

Everything was explained very clearly by the hospital staff before admission. The Nurses took great care of everything from time to time. The rooms are very clean and the hygiene is well maintained. Consulted Dr. Ashutosh Baghel and was explained the whole procedure very clearly and he performed surgery very well.

The nurses and caretakers were so polite and kind. frequency of cleaning the washrooms of the ward rooms should increase. The attendent/caretakers should attend the patient without much delay when they rings the call bell. Visiting doctors frequency is fine. Rest services and foods are good. Thanks

I recently underwent a stone removal surgery at this hospital, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. * Lift Service: The lifts are painfully slow. I was already in a lot of pain and had to wait for long periods just to use the lift, which caused unnecessary discomfort and wasted precious time. * Patient Outfit: The hospital-provided outfit is extremely uncomfortable, especially for female patients. The trousers are difficult to manage, and with IV needles in the hand, it's almost impossible to tie them yourself. It felt like the design didn't consider patient comfort at all. * Night Nursing Services: The night nursing service was shockingly poor. I was in severe pain from 8 PM onwards and kept requesting the nurse to consult the doctor for pain relief. Things worsened by 11 PM when I began vomiting, and even after asking three times, they didn't provide a vomit tray. The neglect at that time was distressing. * Billing and Discharge Process: I was given discharge approval by the doctor at 11 AM, but I wasn't discharged until 7 PM. The delay in generating the final bill was frustrating. Even after my insurance claim was approved, the staff remained disorganized, and I had to personally intervene to get things moving. I ended up waiting nearly 4 hours for no valid reason. This experience has left me quite disappointed. The hospital seriously needs to improve its patient care, especially during night hours, as well as streamline its billing and discharge processes.
