I was being diagnosed with typhoid and was recommended to be hospitalised by our family doctor. The service they have provided are quite good and all the doctors and the faculty are also very helpful and co operative. Dr. Basant Yadav and Dr. Uttam Tiwari have been very supportive throughout.

Absolutely pathetic experience. The staff here is downright rude and arrogant--they behave as if they're doing us a favor by just talking. Dr. Siddharth couldn't even be bothered to write a complete prescription. We were left confused like idiots, forced to call and even visit the clinic again, only to deal with the most disrespectful receptionists I've ever encountered. And to top it off, they had the audacity to say, "Take whatever medicine is available." Is this some kind of sick joke? This is not healthcare--this is carelessness at its peak. Charging thousands in consultation fees for this kind of negligence is a scam. Avoid this place at all costs. They are not worth your money, time, or trust.
