I recently had the opportunity to visit Cordis Hospital, and I was impressed by several aspects of their service and facilities. The hospital maintains a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, which is immediately noticeable upon entering. The staff -- from the receptionists to the nursing team and doctors -- were courteous, professional, and attentive to patient needs. A special thanks to Dr.Raghuveer singh Ji and Team.

We had a very poor experience with this hospital regarding both patient care and billing transparency. The patient was on Foley's catheterization since day 7, yet despite having urosepsis and CKD, the hospital staff neglected to change the catheter. At the time of discharge, they casually said it would be changed after 15 days - which is extremely irresponsible and negligent given the patient's condition. Gross negligence in patient care was evident throughout the stay. Proper medical attention and protocol were not followed. Unjustified billing: For the first 5 days, the total charge was 60,000, and suddenly, for just the next 2 days, the bill jumped to over 50,000, with the same medications and no change in treatment. This kind of unexplained surge in charges is unacceptable and feels exploitative. Attempts to contact them after discharge were ignored, and staff even became unreachable. I strongly advise against referring any patients to this hospital. Patient care, transparency, and ethical practices are clearly lacking.

They promised a discount initially. Inflated the bill submitted to the insurance company. Claimed extra benefits from the insurer. Refused to honor the discount during your copayment. Became unreachable, leaving you helpless.

Recently my mother was admitted to this hospital for fluctuation in BP. The service is very good. The staff is very helpful. The doctors give timely update of the patient. There is cashless insurance facility too. I would definitely recommend this hospital. we had booked a private room, the rooms are spacious clean and the staff keeps monitoring the patient on hourly basis. Even the ICU staff takes good care, the checks are done on timely manner.

`Worst hospital. long waiting for sonography. Receptionist very rude. I went for sonography at 5months pregnancy. they took my form and said wait for 1 or 2hrs. after long waiting they are like time is over now,come tomorrow
