Worst Hospital in Mahad for Sonography. They are treating patient like servant working in his home. Both doctor and and his staff behave very rudely with patient. Management is very poor. Single doctor handling almost more than 100 patient per day. They are taking more than 4 hours for report. If possible visit another diagnosis centre. No hygiene. Even no door to toilet.

The worst staff I have ever seen in my life. No discipline in the reception staff of sonography section. Need politeness and improvement. I moved on without sonography only because of very bad behaviour of staff. Don't know about the Doctor and their treatment. I will prefer other hospital instead of this one.

Today visited this place with my wife. 1st impression was not good at all after the wait of 2 hrs we left the hospital without a sonography. Only because of the very very worst behaviour of the staff of sonography section. In between those two hrs me and my wife asked the staff for how much time we have to wait there was no proper response received from them for our question. Hospital management must have to improve the quality of waiting room and treat well to the patient.

Heartless dr and staff at Sonography section No discipline. I think if the doctOr has a talent then should also have, politeness and caring behavior. This Sonography Clinic in Mahad, I have been coming here since 8 years for every Sonography, the staff know me with my name, they can also recognize me seeing my face anywhere that much familiar i was to them, still I had a emergency and Dr immediately ask Me to go for Sonography aa soon as possible, i called for an appointment, I was called Dr farzans clinic for an appointment next day, I cleared on the call that I don't have previous reports as in shifting i have not found my file anywhere, Still i was said u can come. I went next morning handling over my small child to a neighbour requesting to look after till the time I come back, I reached the clinic, details were taken and asked me to drink lots of water, I again went to shop down bought a water bottle and sat in queue. After waiting for 1 and hour The sister Came from inside And said precious reports are needed, I very politely said I did not found, but I have letter for current Sonography from doctor, I told her please make sure can u do the reports now or not as I am sitting since long time, ask doctor, They have so much of attitude, doctor was with her but still she asked him after 15 minutes, She came out and doctor Farzan was In reception writing something Infront of me, she came and said u have to bring privous reports, I said I don't have, she didn't reply. Then I said shall I go back, no reply from her, I again asked and Farzan a doctor said "yes you can go" He is a doctor or a business man? I was h there Due to my Health issue, For a second he didn't think what problem I was going through. It was very insulting very hurting moment for me. Why they want previous reports? For history ! They already have records in their system, this digital time when people work on systems who the hell carry paper reports Done 1years back, And when I am a permanent customer i should say, because they behaveD that way- very strang, very rude, disgracing, disrespectful staff and all there. And alhamdullillah now there is a a good doctor in mangao, Allah k yaha sab ka insaf hai apki degree position Dekh kar sabak nhi milti I have heard this new Sonography Clinic in mangao his reports are also as good as dr farzans in Mahad. Dr. Arib Deshmukh is the best doctor ever. He helped me get rid of my immense tooth ache in a minute. God bless such good doctors like Dr Arib Deshmukh

Dr. Farzan is the best doctor for consultation. Hospital is good given its size and location.
