My experience at this hospital's ICU was extremely disappointing. The hygiene standards while attending to patients were alarmingly poor. I observed staff handling patients without following proper sanitization protocols, which is highly unsafe and unacceptable in critical care. For a hospital, especially an ICU, patient safety and hygiene should be the top priority. I strongly urge the management to take immediate corrective action to ensure proper training, strict hygiene protocols, and a professional approach from the staff.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at City Hospital, Kolhapur. There was absolutely no personal care given to patients, and the overall hygiene standards were very poor. The ICU care was the worst I have ever seen -- completely lacking in proper attention and monitoring. The doctor seemed more focused on money than on patient well-being, which was deeply disheartening. There was no sense of urgency or rapid treatment for critical cases, and the staff appeared lazy and indifferent to patients' needs. Overall, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative hospitals that prioritize patient care, hygiene, and professional ethics.

One of the worst hospital experiences I had in my life. There is no professionalism in hospital staff and they lack medical ethics. The staff is indifferent to the needs of patient and their families. Think twice before admitting your loved ones in this mess.

Our experience at this hospital was so horrible,my aunt met an road traffic accident and got vertebral fracture and significant spinal cord compression and right hand crush injury, we understand why there was no active treatment for cord compression but treatment given to the injured hand was poorest poor,. Experience at this hospital was so horrible that I feel compelled to warn others. This hospital' s agents are spread every where in almost all nearby cities and villages, specially near NIPPANI, even ambulance drivers are linked to them. Ambulance drivers take all the emergency patients to the city hospital purposefully for the personal benifits, and put our patient in pain and suffering to the patients family. Hospital - Hygiene was appalling stained bed sheets, No proper hand hygiene practice while handling patient and patient surroundings... Hand hygiene is an alien word to the staff. So called Intensivist was always engrossed in mobile phones unattending patients attender call and their worries...Here patient is at high risk to get hospital acquired infection and this is a very serious health issue. I walked in expecting care and professionalism but instead I left feeling disrespect. This Hospital is a Nightmare. I would not recommend or send even my worst enemy here!.

A mindful person will never go to this this hospital. Worst worst experience, never ever think of admitting your loved ones in this hell. It's not a hospital it is a money printing machine without any desirable outcomes. So be wise and choose any other hospital except this one.
