Dr. Silvercity Multispeciality Hospital

I had one of the worst experiences during my father's ICU admission at Silver City Hospital, Khamgaon. I feel it's important to share this honestly so others are aware. 1. Cleanliness: The condition of the washrooms is pathetic--worse than public toilets. The attached photos show filthy, stained floors, leaking pipes, and unhygienic squat toilets. No proper cleaning seems to have been done for days. This is absolutely unacceptable in a hospital, especially near the ICU. 2. Drinking Water Area: The drinking water area was dirty, with visible stains from people spitting gutkha and tobacco. This is extremely unhygienic and dangerous in a medical environment. 3. Staff Behaviour: The staff is arrogant and rude. Instead of addressing concerns politely, they behave like they are doing you a favor. When asked about cleaning or basic hygiene, their attitude was dismissive and careless. 4. Management: It seems the hospital management does not care about basic hygiene or patient relatives' dignity. This reflects very poorly on their professionalism.

In Khamgaon city Silvercity hospital is the best for all types of medical issues. Dr Gaurav Goenka Sir is the best doctor, they treat very nicely with patients. All staff are cooperative and take care of their patients. Hospital sweepers maintain hygiene. Overall Silvercity hospital is the best hospital in Khamgaon.

Just a name sake big hospital of khamgaon. Very poorly maintained. No hygiene at places like drinking water. They won't allow slippers inside hospital and the washrooms are so dirty that one would vomit literally and you have to go there without slippers. Non medical staff is really rude. Visiting allowances are not maintained.

The worst hospital ever seen.The hospital is not even registered. Does not maintain any kind of hygiene the staff is very poor in skills and doesn't know how to do things properly. The hospital does not provide any kind of services amid charges applied. The hospital is full of greedy people. Never ever admit your patient hear. The vip room is treated as the general ward.

Hospital is very very good. All doctors are intelligent n clever. Most i liked abt this hospital they dont ask for money first they treat your patience. Today my father is alive only bcoz of Dr Mankar n Dr Kawadkar . They give best treatment to my father. Really proud of such Dr. This hospital has rule n regulations. Clean n all facilities are their. Staff are good n co operative. They give service first later money. Such talented n young drs. Hats off. God bless them n keep their services life long to Khamgaon people. Considering the charges applied by Silvercity multispeciality hospital the service are too worst. Its difficult to conclude from the services that it's private hospital. 1. Common toilet bathrooms are worst than public toilet outside. 2. Another worst thing is that, don't allow shoes or sleepers after reception that means in such toilet they are expecting people should roam without footwear. 3. No footwares provided by hospital other than ICU area. 4. Only one lift is there which is allowed for patient and 60+ people 5. Because of the secondary lift Unavailability patient relative have to up and down from 3rd floor to Ground floor via staircases. ( I hope everyone can understand how it is painful if you are alone with your patient) 6. Another worst thing is Medical labs and other facilities like MRI, CTscan are at ground floor but they don't provide reports to doctors directly, so everytime co-patient needs to pick up without lift, only staircase option is available. While young Dr's from hospital use same lift fearlessly. 7. Patient ward from 3rd floor, washrooms are not cleans even I asked administrator to clean the same but they was claiming no one is available from cleaning team and that incident happen at afternoon JFYI. 8. Drinking water area from patient ward is very worst than any common place drinking area, water leakage is there but no one from administration are there to take care of such essential area too. 8. AC provided in each room but don't allow to use because administrators wants shared occupant patient should also pay those additional charge. That means individual choice of AC is not available at all in this hospital. 9. X ray room they don't provide proper instructions about how to secure co-patient from Radiations. 10. For medicine also co-patient need to roam up and down, they don't have ward boy or any service available. Hospital body Need to work On administrations front a lot, surly not a justice for fees paid at hospital.

Too much worst experience which I never ever faced in any other private hospital in Maharashtra. 1.Security staff is so arrogant. 2.frant desk is not supportive. 3.Patient Ward is on 3rd floor and only one small lift available in entire hospital. 4.Becose of the secondary lift Unavailability patient relative have to up and down from 3rd floor to Ground floor via staircases. ( I hope everyone can understand how it is painful if you are alone with your patient. 5.security staff doesnt allow lift even person is more than 60 Or if he has any medical challages (staff want to check his adhar card and any medical proof . Do you think is this right way. 6. There is no cafeteria in hospital where people can have food 7.Hospital reputation is so bad in people's becose of the staff behavior and rudeness. -------- Suggestions for Hospital Administration 1.Need to give more training to Security staff how to behave with patient relatives. 2.Need prepare cafeteria on 3rd floor where people can have food and dish washing area. 3.Need to arrange Secondary lift.

Hospital is very good. Staff is supportive. Dr. Mantri sir is very kind and gentle. He explained us all the details of patient, treatment method and progress of patient in very simple words.
