This is good hospital, nice staff, helping nature and supportive, and olso our treatment also good and nice, my mom is feeling very better after operation.

Pathetic behaviour by staff, not guiding properly Doctors are ood and friendly but Nurses and some of the staff has so arrogant attitude.... Even i am the person who is paying everything in cash and not with any government facilities still the behaviour is worst by the staff so i am just thinking what kind of behaviour staff has towards the poor people.... Please get strict with your staff and give them training to be nice and friendly

Worst receptionist staff, they don't know management, first they ask for payment and paper work for consultation with dr Then they don't know dr is present or not they also not check availability before paper work after payment done, they ask for wait 2 hours,dr is not available And time wasting process on and on Receptionist staff is very arrogant, manner less, I will not suggest this hospital,not even in emergency And hospital is too expensive

The hospital provides all varieties of medical services in the premises. Always Helpful Poor People and Care always. But Sometime I am feeling nurse staffing is very poor. I am surprised to see that there is not a single doctor for Haematology in this hospital and it is even more surprising to see that there are only three doctors of Haematology in entire Nagpur and that too all in private.
