My mother was admitted here for Dengue treatment. While treatment was provided, there were several serious issues that made our experience unpleasant: * No food was provided for the patient, which is highly inconvenient and unacceptable in a hospital setting. * The washroom was located outside the patient ward and was not hygienic, raising concerns about cleanliness and patient comfort. * The administrative staff was very rude and unhelpful, adding unnecessary stress during a difficult time. Considering the charges, the facilities and services were not adequate. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this hospital due to poor hygiene, lack of basic patient support, and unprofessional behavior from the staff.
