I have recently visited this hospital for my mother's treatment although dr. Rakesh lalla sir is really good and providing great guidance and treatment to us but the staff is totally arrogant and don't do their work properly dr. Has mentioned 6 tests for my mother from which one important test is missed by them and they were not accepting their fault even my mom's haemoglobin level is low now we have to again send her for this pending blood test. Because of their negligence patients have to suffer its very inappropriate behaviour. Also i have faced poor management skills from the initial day of visit.

Suggestion Nutritious and hygienic food is essential for patients during hospitalization. A balanced diet plays a crucial role in recovery and healing. We require a reliable food service provider that offers healthy, tasty, and patient-centric meal options. Kindly arrange for a suitable food service to support our patients' nutritional needs.

Well hospital staff is very good and very cooperative. Doctors are also knowledgeable and very sincere to their works. Overall hospital is very good for treatment. Yeah some mediclaim procedure get worst if you will not ask them about the proper explanation of total expenses in overall bill. Cashless facility is there, staff is there all the time, cleanliness is there in every hour or two hour, bathrooms are very well maintained. Doctors are very polite and kind in nature and also very professional for their work. They treat patients very cooperatively. All good excellent and very well.

Extremely disappointed with their treatment. My grandmother was admitted to the ICU, and we were continuously charged for multiple tests without ever receiving the reports. The nursing staff was rude and unhelpful, refusing to provide basic information about her food and care. The most shocking part was that she developed severe, bleeding bedsores, and the hospital staff didn't even inform us. It's disheartening to see that patient care takes a backseat here while money collection seems to be the priority. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone!
