Dr. Aayush Multispeciality Hospital in Kalyan, Maharashtra

Aayush Hospital in Kalyan West is guaranteed the worst hospital in the area. Recently, my grandfather was admitted there. After 3 days in ICU he started dipping from oxygen. However, the doctors insisted that he wouldn't survive, claiming his internal organs were severely damaged and forced us to shift to Ventilator. When we decided to not shift in ventilator, the hospital staff kept the discharge papers ready not even without confirming with us. The medical which has tieup with hospital charges very heavily and has all high mrp items and hospital forces everyone to purchase from the same medical only orelse they don't give the service properly. To make an informed decision, we consulted a few relatives. After three days in the ICU, we decided to transfer him to another hospital. He is admitted there and is recovering very well. This Hospital is just pulling out maximum money possible from the patients, regardless the condition of patients.

Overall experience at Aayush hospital is good. Request to hospital management please maintain cleanliness at toilet and bathroom of 3rd floor general ward.

Dear Dr. Shashant Patil sir and Hospital Management, I am writing to bring to your attention the extremely disappointing experience I recently had at Aayush Hospital, Kalyan West. My brother underwent an operation at your hospital. After 7 days, as per the doctor's instructions, we were told to return for stitch removal and follow-up. On the 7th day, I called the hospital to book an appointment with Dr. Shushant Patil. I was informed that the doctor was not available and was asked to come the next day. Today, Thursday, 24/07/2025, I called again to take the appointment, and once again I was told that the doctor is still not available. I informed the hospital staff that the patient's prescribed medicines are finished and the scheduled stitch removal date has already passed. Moreover, the patient is experiencing pain in the operated area. The staff then advised us to visit the hospital's casualty department to remove the stitches. Accordingly, I visited the hospital in the evening with my brother. However, the experience at the casualty department was extremely poor. The nurse at the casualty department rudely told us to come only when Dr. Shashant Patil sir is available. Despite my repeated requests to at least check the patient and his operated area, no one attended to him. They neither checked the stitches nor the wound. There was absolutely no response or concern from the staff. Even though the patient's tablets had finished, no one took responsibility to help or provide guidance. This kind of treatment in the casualty department is unacceptable. I sincerely request Dr. Shashant Patil and the hospital management to look into this matter seriously. While Dr. Shashant Patil Sir is an excellent doctor and we have full respect for him, the casualty department and some of the nursing staff are highly unprofessional and lack basic courtesy towards patients. Health care concerns are very stressful times for the patient and their near and dear. While treatment is the preamble of any hospital, Ayush's seamless operations with absolutely no stress on the administrative side, at least is what I think they have got right. Kudos to team Ayush!

I was disappointed with my recent experience. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and rude at times. I had booked a room, but it was given to someone else. The next day, I was moved to a common room without prior notice, which made me feel uncomfortable. When I tried to address my concerns, I felt that my issues were not being heard. I was also taken aback by some of the staff's comments. I hope that in the future, the staff will be more considerate and professional.

Will never recommend anyone... They are just money minters.. gold diggers.. they just loot money with out treating the patients. Mostly all patients complain on same.. they dont tell your diagnosis properly and will beat around the bush.. pathetic.. should give them negative ratings
