I had a disappointing experience at Jalna Kalawati Hospital. During my first visit, I was admitted to the emergency ward due to severe abdominal pain. After 4-5 hours, the doctors diagnosed me with a 10mm kidney stone and insisted that surgery was the only option. My family decided to explore other treatments, and we left the hospital. A few months later, the kidney stone passed naturally through alternative methods, which was confirmed by a sonography report.When I returned to the hospital due to persistent pain, the doctors treated me poorly. They were rude, dismissive, and spoke to me and my parents in an insulting manner. I waited an hour for assistance, and one doctor was particularly unprofessional, displaying anger through their body language and eye contact. It felt like they were upset because I hadn't opted for surgery at their hospital earlier, prioritizing profit over patient care. Despite my pain, they showed little concern or willingness to help. I'm deeply disappointed by their lack of empathy and unprofessional behavior. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to other

Non Supporting Staff.... Rude Behavior Of Nurses And Medical Staff.... No Proper Management.... And The Food Quality At Canteen Is 1 Out Of 10 .... Visiting Doctors Do Not Coming On Time ... And Also Continuously Staff And All Other Members Say Pay Advance Money.. Now U Tell Me Will Anybody Come To The Hospital Without Money . . . . They Don't Have Any Patience.

All facilities, treatment, staff, Doctors are very much professionally sound, cooperative, supportive and good in nature. I suggest to get treated here if required. And wish all the best to Kalawati Hospital and all working nice here.

I appreciate the intelligence and supportive nature of the doctors at this hospital. They take time to explain things well and provide the right guidance. However, the overall experience has been disappointing due to poor hospital management and services. The ICU and general staff lack proper training and attentiveness. Basic patient care, especially in the ICU and rooms, is not up to standard. One of the most frustrating issues is the handling of medication. The medical staff frequently change the medicine brands daily, and even when the originally prescribed medicine is available in stock, they claim it isn't and push for an alternate brand. When we questioned this, they asked us to speak with the doctor and were rude, despite it being clear that the new medicine had different contents. They refused to provide medicine because atrip contains more medicine and I have asked for few and they get shouted at by their senior if they cut the strip. Is this way of working? Also, selling medicine on MRP where we get a discount and proper Medicine mentioned at other medicals. There is an urgent need for better staff training and management improvements. If not addressed, patients will continue to face unnecessary stress and health risks.
