I will give zero star. Pathetic service. Our patient of age 90+ had to walk to lift as there was no wheel chair , no wardboy. Worst staff, Worst service

This is not a hospital but a death place. My elder sister was not at all treated well, her tretment was not detected properly. No proper staff, she got deteriorated under their observation. Dr Pande is the worst doctor with no proper degree.

If you can afford go for best hospital in Pune city. Here treatment is good but overall management and especially OPD management is very very poor. You will end up in frustration after interacting with the staff. Respect for Dr. DS lonkar, we visited only because of their speciality in treatment and trust among people and years of practice. Edit1 : editing this review for the kind of treatment I got. I was admitted for fever and it's reason was unknown. I got very satisfying treatment. Special delux room was very good , feels like home. Time to time doctors visits makes it very transparent about the health conditions. Specially Dr. DS lonkar and Dr. Shalaka ma'am, they have kind of positivity about them which is very nice. Still 2 stars for rude behaviour of OPD staff...

Dr.D S Lonkar is the best physician I have ever meet. He is very caring, soft spoken and has a pleasant personality. Good facilities provided by the staff at the hospital.

There is no discipline in that hospital. I myself waited for 4 hours and there were not even 4 numbers. The staff there prefer local people then you. My was number 11 . Decided never to go back

Although there were some delays in scheduling my appointments, the care I received was exceptional. The doctors took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident about my treatment plan.

I was advised by my friend to do the health checkup at Mahalaxmi Hospital. Initially I was hesitant. It's the best experience I ever had in last 20 years. Excellent infrastructure Excellent staff Excellent service. Keep it up.
