Disappointing Experience at Saoji Hospital - Cardiac Care Needs Serious Improvement We admitted a family member for *angioplasty and stenting , and the experience was very disappointing. The **staff was rude, careless, and highly unprofessional**. **Most concerning was the repeated delay and negligence in giving tablets on time** - a serious issue in cardiac care. Despite reminding the staff, they often missed medication schedules, and when we requested timely attention, they responded **rudely**, saying we should "manage it ourselves." It felt like they were doing us a favor( Giving Free services ), even though we were paying our **hard-earned money** for proper care. There was **no sense of responsibility or urgency**. Yes, our past experience with orthopedic treatment at the same hospital was good, and Saoji sir has a respected name. But the cardiac care department is mismanaged, and the *lack of coordination and compassion from staff is shocking*. We're posting this so others can make informed choices*and to urge the **hospital management to take strict action*. Careless behavior like this is **damaging the hospital's reputation**. **Not recommended at all for angioplasty or cardiac care.**

The staff is very professional, friendly, and caring. The treatment I received was excellent, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The facility is well-maintained, and appointments are managed efficiently. I truly appreciate their dedication to patient care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality treatment !!!

I had an excellent experience at this hospital. Specially Prasad nikam sir and Sachin kakde sir They ensured I was comfortable, kept me informed throughout my treatment, and responded promptly to any concerns.

We are having bad experience today. I have send my mother's for checking at Chalisgaon branch today. I have asked dr to explain to me the issue, but Dr is not bothered to explain the treatment details and he is not sharing anything. #not expected from such reputed hospital.

Staff is very caring. Dr. Sachin sir is very skilled. Two times I had accidents, both time he did surgery and results are best I will recommend to any person for any kind of ortho problems.

Worst Doctor. Visited for my father and doctor was arrogant. For minor fracture, suggested surgery. For second opinion we visited another doctor and they mentioned there was no need for surgery, rest and medicines only. Always take a second opinion before any decision. Medical profession has become a business and not service.

Worst !!!! customer/patient experience first they will keep you waiting for hours after asking you to come on certain time and then the doctor can't even diagnose without MRIs that cost 4000 or at least treat you well enough.
