Dr. Ravi Mundhe is worst of the doctors I have ever seen. My mother had an medical emergency for medicinal allergy. She was treated by casualty RMO on 23rd July 2023 and later by Ravi Mundhe who is so incompetent and arrogant doesn't bother about reaching to patients instead a patient needs to be taken to his cabin everyday . he prioritises OPD patients and hardly provide any time for the admitted patients, doesn't provide replies to any queries. should avoid visiting him.

Patient Reviews
Recently, we had my 84-year-old grandmother admitted to this hospital. She was suffering from Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) and was under the care of Dr. Varsha Apte and Dr. Ashish Deshmukh. Eventually, her condition escalated due to pneumonia, requiring hospitalization alongside ILD management. 1. Doctor Interaction: Dr. Ashish Deshmukh was exceptionally approachable and respectful. He patiently addressed every question we had, no matter how small. Even during her hospitalization, I could visit him in his cabin at any time, and he never hesitated to offer clear and thoughtful responses. 2.Nursing Care: The nursing staff in the CCU was remarkably kind and compassionate towards my grandmother. She was so touched by their care that she blessed each one of them personally while they kept on touching her feet and take blessings 3. Cost: Hospital expenses are moderately on the higher side, but largely in line with the quality of care provided. 4. Transparency: The medical team maintained transparency throughout. During her stay, she was attended by Dr. Deogirikar, Dr. Shirish Deshmukh, and Dr. Sunil Jadhav, all under the leadership of Dr. Ashish Deshmukh. 5. Facilities for Relatives: The waiting area and washroom facilities for attendants and relatives could benefit from significant improvement. 6. Outcome and Effort: Sadly, we lost my grandmother despite all efforts. However, I genuinely felt the doctors did everything within their capacity to help her recover. Throughout the 12-day hospitalization, I ensured that every step of the treatment plan was cross-verified using ChatGPT and a team of AI-based medical advisors, which gave me constant clarity and confidence in the direction of care. 7. Billing Department: The billing team was meticulous and courteous. Following her passing, they handled all processes with commendable sensitivity and efficiency. 8. Ambulance Services: The ambulance response was impressively quick and the staff were polite and professional. 9. Pharmacy Services: There was a noticeable disparity between the two pharmacy counters. The ground floor pharmacy was slow, unresponsive, and at times rude. In contrast, the pharmacy on the third floor offered prompt, courteous, and reliable service.
Very bad experience, the neuro doctors are good but are not available to meet patients relatives. the female resident doctors are the worst, they will keep checking the reels in ICU, always give worst answers. My father was hospitalized here for stroke and heart attack. They don't even change diapers of patients for several hours. My father had bed sores and the staff refused it.The nursing care here is very poor. Coming to hygiene, even government hospitals have more cleanliness and these doc
I am very disappointed with the cleanliness and hygiene standards of this hospital. The entire place smells like a dirty toilet, which is completely unacceptable for a healthcare facility. The waiting area is extremely dirty, with dust, trash, and stains everywhere. It does not feel safe or sanitary to be there, especially for patients who may already be vulnerable. Hospitals should prioritize cleanliness, but this one clearly does not. I hope the management takes serious action to improve the hygiene and overall environment.
I am highly disappointed with the OPD system. There is no proper token or queue system in place, and appointments are taken based on personal references rather than in a systematic order. Due to this poor management, doctors are unable to give proper consultation, and each patient gets barely a minute, with no adequate counselling or explanation provided."
Worst experience with doctor and staff in my life. You should visit ICU or CCU in night to find reality. My mother was admitted to this hospital for nephrology there were staff, for taking care there were staff if you are paying amount of a bed as 40 K + medicals you will expect good service. Worst thing I noticed is these guys are doing business and also staff is not treating patients. My mother was in coma she was unable to say that they have misaligned her posture during dialysis while having tracheostomy she was in bad posture in visiting hours of patient I was able to see this and requested staff 3-4 times but no one came . Nephrology is waste of time and money here. I have complained chief doctor about this behaviour of staff. He told me I will not do treatment now you can take your patient home in coma condition. He told us to sign customer satisfaction document to continue treatment. To know the truth visit ICU or CCU in night. Staff is sleeping without taking care of our patients.Nurses also ask for more medical needed so they can use for their advantage. I am totally disappointed with this behaviour of doctors and nurses. Don't admit here they don't even have separate room for CCU patients which actually results into infection of other patients.
This one of the worst hospital i have seen in my life As my dadi fall at home and we hospitalized her there and first they said she needs operation and they said they don't need operation after a many ingestion my dadi get little bit recovered dr,said she got an attack as they very even not sure of that after a so many tests, they keep her at vantieliter and and after a 2 days for a no reason they have said they need to do dialysis and after it they said she is no more and now they saying for postmortem of the body is this required? Does a person who fall at home required postmortem? This are the ways to have a money from the people
As its name says it's really a super speciality hospital . You get all treatment under one roof. Mainly Neuro, Cardio, General, Dental & Accident cases handling is the mastery of staff. Well organised staff with equipped OT & Rooms. Certified 2-D eco, CT Scan, ECG & Path - Lab. Timing of OPD are from 13:00 to 18:00 for visiting patient. For hospitalised patients it's 24X7 On Sunday and Off days Doctors are available on call. Since it's Super Speciality Hospital cons are : 1. Always crowded 2. Staff get's sometimes frustrated & reflect in there behaviour. 3. Resecption is only think you as customer not like they are in noble profession. 4. Expensive in some cases : A. Surgeon & MD Specialist charges are 600 / visit. B. Test are expensive related to outside C. Room & ICU charges are heavy. 5. Parking problem always there.
