Dr. Medicover Hospitals - Best Hospital in Chh. Sambhaji Nagar

The very bad experience in Medicover hospital. I came for my medical health check up provided by our company.After coming morning 8.30 am all the tests are completed with in one hour but after they are telling for only eye check up and doctor consultation you to wait up to evening 3.30 pm. what people will do for 5 hours. In between. Please requesting to all HR take this feedback for your reference and do not choose this hospital if you caring your employee. And in reception area you can see the what type sofa they kept.

I am sandip Bhadait admitted for onco treatment under Dr. Niket mantri He treated very good, So happy and so thankful to consultant nursing staff Incharge Ratna and Pooja sister rupali sistet , also housekeeping staff Shital mavashi Mohsin mama all Mjpjay team also whole team now am good as before, Thnks for the smooth coordination between admission to discharge process, The management team also look very deeply for our comfirtness and services suitability. The hospital system is very poor, there is no such thing as planning, after doing X-ray in the morning, the report is given at 4 o'clock, which according to the rules should be seen within 1 hour at most. Even though I came for the report after 4 days, they made me wait at the counter for 2 hours, the patient also comes to the hospital after managing his working hours, the hospital staff should take care of this. Since we live in this city, it is easy for us to come to the hospital and know, but if you do this to a patient from a village, what will that poor person do? We are educated so we gave a review. But how much will you fool the ill-mannered people?

Fantastic service, All hygiene mainted. Every day in morning management team vist & ask is there any issue or any complaints regarding anything. Dr Chetan Rathi sir was polity & he listen his patient problem very carefully. Other team members like nurse,brother,cleaning staff they are very well trained they are doing there job very sincerely. One more thing when you enter this Hospital you never feel that it's Hospital it's feels like it's an hotel because they mainted cleaning and hygiene parameters very highly Thanks medicover team for the luxury treatment.

Baby being preterm was admitted in NICU. All the NICU Staffs including the Dr was very cooperative hence I could handle the situation very normally. Baby has recovered and has been discharged. Very satisfied with the overall services...
